Kinda bothered

I don't have a lot of time to write about this because I am leaving the office in 5 minutes but I really wanted to post about my absolute disgust for Jill Greenberg. First of all I admire her work, it's fresh and beautiful, but she is a prima donna, self absorbed 7 year old woman. I truly hope career suffers for what she did, whether or not this was done to McCain or Oboma or any other politician, leader or simple person it is childish and does not solve anything. What a sad world we live in.

Okay

Comment please, I wanna hear it.

That's pretty intense. I sorta feel bad for McCain...and that is also intense.

hey, so your blog is the first place i saw anything about this. guess i'm especially out of touch with the photoworld currently. but because of you, i read some stuff about it. Seems like most are linking him to Arnold Newman and his photograph of Alfried Krupp. Having been in Newman's home and listened to him recount taking that photograph, it irked me. I don't see the link. The 2nd update on this place says it way better.

have a great day, and take great pictures so that this kind of crap continues to be OUT of the norm.

I hadn't even heard about this. Sad to see talent used in such a classless way.

That's evil. I'm bustin' out of politics. I can't handle the cruelty & vicious contention. I read this scripture tonight, D&C 38:29
"Ye hear of wars in far countries, and you say that there will soon be great wars in far countries, but ye know not the hearts of men in your own land."

I'm relying on the fact that God has not lost control of his universe and will still lead it.

yeah, this act was deceitful and mean. politically, i don't support him in any way, but humanly he is my brother and i don't like it one bit. he hasn't done anything wrong to our country (and hopefully won't get the chance to).

what? are those real? those look too much like a joke than an serious editorial piece on John McCain. I mean I am not really voting for him but that is just silly. It looks like some muckraking propaganda from the 1940s.

It seems to sum up the tone of our political environment pretty well. Whether it had been McCain or Obama, no one was hurt. This might be a more worthy cause for distress in the art world:
